Okay made a move to greatly reduce my wheat intake since last weekend. Eating oat bran, ground flaxseed and 1 egg for breakfast instead of shredded wheat and 1 egg.

Reduced volume of brown rice quite a bit introducing more black beans. I want to avoid ensure high volume of fiber.

Eating almonds instead of pretzels and reducing sweets way down.

Working on best pre exercise energy source, maybe brown rice and beans, instead of expensive energy bars.

Dropped 5 hard pounds in 1 week.

Probably loss is most attributable to Shredded Wheat and pretzel being taken out.

After 2 years of strenuous exercise which yielded little control over my waist I think this routine has given me some more control.
