Says who? Really, says who? All this talk about "not enough spent on infrastructure" really didn't start until the economy started going south. NOW we're not "spending enough"?

If you stopped reading winger news media, you might know what the rest of the country has been concerned about for years. Think levees breaking in NO and a bridge collapsing in MPLS. BTW did you go to Colgate or was it Cornell?
