Judith--JBIL and DATM still carry a 99 unless tomorrows IBD says otherwise. The question we are raising here is whether after such a precipitous drop, do these 99ers recover more quickly and powerfully than other dropping stocks. The two you picked have been severely injured, DATM more than JBIL. DATM is at the bottom of its channel on the weekly chart and below on the daily chart and quite oversold. So it could bounce. Looking at TC2000 data, DATM was a sell at 49 1/2 on 9/22 right at the top using TSV as the indicator. TSV topped out in mid June and has been giving a series of lower highs since then and did not move up on 9/22. JBIL started showing negative indicators in mid Sept. as BOP has been weakening for quite awhile. When the stock hit a high on 10/9/97 of 72, there was not confirmation from BOP or TSV. OBV also broke down severly with this correction, so it would appear that these two stocks need a lot of repair to retain their 99 status. Myron
