First off does this mean that they will close at 40 or above or just hit 40 at anytime during the day? Time, My wording is clear. ASND only needs to hit 40. You are safe if you feel down is all that ASND can do this fall. ASND does not need to close above 40. I would love to take this wager but I like you and I could not take such easy money from such a nice guy. I looked at this from two different perspectives. If ASND is way below 40, I am not giving you much in dollar value. On the other hand, if ASND hits 40, the 100 shares you give me will be offset by your gains on the few shares you hold. We could just go with tht the "gentleman's" bet. I believe sector's is less costly and more fun. How about we go with that? The pizza! Glenn
