Another thing I have been doing is making beeswax candles and beeswax skin cream, even though I no longer have my own bees. You can buy good beeswax, just look for wax that is opaque and creamy yellow. If you can handle it before you buy it, it should smell like wildflowers. I have yet to advance to scenting my own candles, but have been collecting genuine essential oils (also concretes and absolutes), and have amassed almost 80, from ambrette to violet leaf absolute. I have become quite a snob. You won't be surprised that I keep them in alphabetical order. I have the bottles in little plastic boxes that Chris had been using for Squad Leader counters, which hold a dozen bottles of oil each. Can't remember the name of the boxes, apparently they are quite popular with gamers. Actually one of my favorite things is to open a box and just sniff.
