. I take 3K ius of vitamin D, 1200g of calcium for that..

Combining Vitamin D-3 with a calcium supplement is usually a mistake. Your ski activity indicates you live in a northern climate. I would double your D-3 intake to 6000IU a day and cut out the calcium. The D-3 will do a good job of sending your calcium to the right place. Next time you get blood tests check your calcium level. Another major mover of calcium is K2. People with high K2 have much lower mortality due to Heart attacks. I use Invite K2 complex.

Vitamin K2's Critical Role in Bone Health…

All of the bones of the body create Osteocalcin. Osteocalcin is critical in building strong, healthy bones. Vitamin K2 acts as an essential binding agent on Osteocalcin assuring that proper levels of minerals and nutrients fuse to the bones. Additionally, Protein S, created by Vitamin K2 is instrumental in building healthy bone cells
