I smell another blood bath for the arbitrage guy's as I suspect WorldCom is not going to buy MCI. That is my read from those news biz.yahoo.com If true OHIE WAEY they say in some places. This may also explain the huge short interest in WorldCom this month. As to teh GLOBEX SPY closed 945, limit down is 15, or 930 "sidecar" is -6 or 939. Happy Trading Haim
