FPG, I'm still waiting for you to conclusively prove that AMD's lawsuit gave "legal cover" for OEMs to defy Intel. All I've seen from you so far is, "Prove to me otherwise" and "You wouldn't know a logical fallacy if it bit you on the ass, Elmer!" I don't have conclusive proof and never claimed I did. I've stated such as an opinion, though. As for "Prove it to me otherwise", link to the quote; I bet you can't. As for "You wouldn't know...", that's also an opinion, based on Elmer's frequent abuses of logic and seeming lack of awareness of logical fallacies (let alone the frequent lack of ability to parse simple English grammar.) fpg
