In the old days gold would normally trade down into August,
since the jewelry demand is seasonally weak from February
until then. The market is changing,
as investors now account for a pretty large percentage of demand.
This is normally a bull market phenomenon for gold, and it should
really zoom once this correction is over. I would guess 3-4 more
years before it will be time to get off the gold bull ride for
good. Right now jewelry demand is very weak, and gold
disconnected from it again.
