But the ones I know work their asses off, really care, and are paid a lot less than their private counterparts with the same skills. And yes they are creative on trying to do more with less. That's great. Got any ideas on how to foster that kind of mentality in government? We here in California could try some of them. Budget increased 7-10% every year for the past nine years with little to show for it. But I'm sure you'll just dismiss that as a "California thing." Tenchusatsu
