I like how the true believers say that there is absolutely nothing wrong with Social Security and Medicare.

If Medicare is an example of government efficiency, then let's force it upon everyone. Great idea, cut out the middle man until only central planning remains. But don't call that "Marxism," cause you know, that's a political smear term.
