So, I'm watching Glenn Beck for some laughs, and sure he enough he comes through with some sob story about a dog. Bear in mind, while going through this PETA-style tear-jerker about a single animal death, he doesn't compliment PETA but actually takes a shot at them - LOL! Glenn Beck: "Marcus Luttrell is the lone survivor. He was part of the SEAL team. It was the biggest battle any SEAL in SEAL history. He was the only survivor. He lost his whole team. He was then taken by Al Qaeda and the Taliban and he was tortured beyond your wildest imagination and there they held him for a while. He's been sick. He still hasn't recovered from all of the things that they did to him and so he just has he's always in for his back and surgery and everything else." glennbeck.com So I go online to get some backstory, because I've never heard of this Luttrell guy. What does Wikipedia say? "Luttrell was the only survivor of the SEAL team. Badly wounded, he managed to walk and crawl seven miles to evade capture. He was given shelter by an Afghan tribe, who alerted the Americans of his presence, and he was finally rescued by American forces six days after the gun battle." So Glenn Beck just fabricated the whole capture/torture thing!
