The markets are likely to rally too, especially the banking index, which is forming inverse H&S bottom. Westie is an excellent signal. Liar law will result in writeups and thus better earnings this quarter. The markets only care about this quarter, they have become quite reactive. Banks will outperform everything, I think. Selective trash picking is strongly advised - there is cash hidden in the trash. The rally that started in early March is not done yet; it has just begun. -g-
