I have the decision date at 17th also. I still having made up my mind completely on what I am going to do, run, stay, both. But if I get a good price before 17th, I would look hard at running. I do agree with you that DSCO is close. I don't have much history with DSCO so my opinion is pretty shallow. I am concern that this maybe their last shot. And I am not sure if all the dilution in the past years has not moved the risk/return for this stock.
