So the estimates were high.

THAT'S IT?!?!?

THAT'S ALL YOU GOT???

The program has come in massively under budget with an 85% satisfaction rate and all you can say is "the estimates were high"???

You have conveniently overlooked the remark from AMCP stating that "By almost any measure ... resounding success. This isn't just about budgetary performance, it is about overall performance.

You had Z have been here bashing Part D, both ignorant of the facts, preferring instead to follow the liberal talking points. Bush did it, it must be bad.

This is incontrovertible proof, at the very least, that the concept of a well-conceived, well-managed government program. At least for the time being. Yet, because you want socialized medicine SO BADLY, you are willing to discount it for political reasons.

This is the problem with allowing the Left to revise the health care system. It is not about good outcomes. It is about the quest for power. You guys don't give a shit about the outcome other than you want to insure you have another social program which you can use to consolidate political power.
