You don't know that. Bisexuality is a fact of life in the human species. Its well know that straight men go into prison, have gay sex and then resume having straight sex when they get back out. If nothing else, all this hand holding and kissing suggests a certain intimacy between Arab men that is considered the norm in the Arab world. Hand holding and kissing are intimate gestures whether its a man and a woman or two men. Can sexual relations be far behind?
