Believe I actually ALREADY gave two answers to that question!

ONE... merely noting that it was a 'rhetorical question', i.e., OBVIOUSLY that is not possible if it refers to 'every American'. So --- no argument here if that is the case!

and,

TWO, believe that the campaign quote was referring to 'taxpayers', (in which case there is no logical inconsistency. :-)

So... *how many* answers do you require, BaldE? <GGG>
