Rydex Ursa Vs Rydex OTC..... YTD -19.5 vs 30.4%

A investor needs to be very quick in getting into the "Bear funds" During the last decline August the "bear fund didn't do much. Last time we had a decent "bear" move was Feb 27th to April 22nd of this year. The Ursa fund returned 2.4% vs the OTC lost of 2.8%. In checking history the other time was July 96 with a Ursa return of 1.2% vs OTC of .07 %. Not much action for such a move to a bear fund. So far, I am not impressed with the "bear" funds. we would need a nice drop for it to get me excited. I don't think that is in the cards right now. Just my opinion.

However my ACM model is still negative...
