Red Lobster is ok when I'm too lazy to make my own. My local store here has a fish monger in Chicago that is up here weekly with fresh goodies. So I tend to make much better stuff then I can get at the Lobster, but as I say they are good enough in a pinch. I don't know if you like mussels but I made some the other night that were just killer. I can close my eyes and taste them and their broth. Mmmm.
