Ex SEC dude, Roel Campos and Mega shorter, Manual Asensio on Bloomberg TV re: uptick rule and NSS: bloomberg.com I'm amazed that none of these anti NSS folks ever talk about the 'phoney' dilution that accompanies every share of stock that is shorted without the pre-borrowing requirement being accomplished. Perhaps I'm becoming increasingly shallow in my older years, but from the moment that Asensio managed to stifle that yawn as he was being introduced, I found myself hoping that someone would rush in and plant an axe in Asensio's smugly arrogant head.... Feel free to reco this post if you were so inclined... <g>
