Not enough info yet. MSDW broker never sent the prospectus he promised and reading from Edgar gives me a headache. From what I have though, its value at the offering seemed in line with other similar companies I am aware of (ICGX for one). Would have bought at the offering, but openning a new account for 200 shares (all they'd circle for me) to play for a pop just didn't seem worth it. Short/intermediate term, it had the right ingredients for a fairly warm if not hot IPO and the people involved do know communications. I have know doubt that the company will achieve its plan (which may be simply to build out a network to sell to someone bigger). Risk here is that the merger fever in the industry cools, someone misses a quarter, the market continues to tank, or some combination of these and the whole group gets a haircut.
