I guess it shows that banks need better analysts. Ken Lewis was going to repay TARP but the President stopped the large banks from doing so. Furthermore, doubling common equity as a percentage of risk-weighted assets would put the percentage around 8%. Does the analyst know the difference between total assets and risk-weighted assets ?
