Isn't it amazingly convenient how post 911, Americans
and Europeans have now lost virtually all their privacy,
and now find many of their lifelong liberties and freedoms
under attack... all in the name of a war on an invisible
enemy called - terror, and WMD's that didn't exist?
We shredded the Constitution and instituted de facto
Martial Law with the Patriot Act and Bush's Executive Orders,
and are now massively expanding the role of Homeland Security,
and FEMA, turning America into a police state - where the
guns are now turned inward on the American people...

call, every email, and every piece of internet traffic in

Then they came out and retroactively tried to pass a law
giving the telecommunication companies immunity for breaking
the law, and giving the NSA carte blanche open access to all
American land line and cell telephone calls, emails, and
internet traffic and communications.

Obama's cyber security head resigned over a clash whether the
National Security Agency should control cyber efforts. The
role of the NSA in protecting domestic computer networks has
triggered debate, particularly among privacy and civil
liberties groups who oppose giving such control to U.S. spy

Two bills introduced giving the President the power to deem a
private network, part of the nation’s critical infrastructure,
and shut it down for cybersecurity reasons. It also gives the
Commerce Secretary the power to access network data outside of
oversight.
Now they want a complete Federal data base of all this
information... what web site you visited, how often you
visited the site, how long you stayed online, what links
you clicked, what you read, what you posted on a blog, or
forum... what you wrote in personal emails... and what
others wrote to you.
And it doesn't stop there...
They're compiling all your personal information and records,
including all medical and financial transaction data.
Where you shop, what you bought, how much you spent, what
you owe, and to whom.
But wait... there's more!
Now,they want to be able to secretly hack into your personal
computer and see (and record) everything on your hard drive,
without a warrant!
FYI: This is already being done, but now, they're trying to
get retroactive immunity, just like they are trying to do
with the telephone companies.
This bill is being introduced in the U.K. and I guarantee
you that one will soon be snuck in some bill in the U.S.
because this is all coming out of the EU/G-20's global
governance agenda...

Police set to step up hacking of home PCs
The Home Office has quietly adopted a new plan to allow
police across Britain routinely to hack into people’s personal
computers without a warrant.
The move, which follows a decision by the European Union’s
council of ministers in Brussels, has angered civil
liberties groups and opposition MPs. They described it as a
sinister extension of the surveillance state which drives
“a coach and horses” through privacy laws.
The hacking is known as “remote searching”. It allows police
or MI5 officers who may be hundreds of miles away to examine
covertly the hard drive of someone’s PC at his home, office or
hotel room.
Material gathered in this way includes the content of all
e-mails, web-browsing habits and instant messaging.
Under the Brussels edict, police across the EU have been given
the green light to expand the implementation of a rarely used
power involving warrantless intrusive surveillance of private
property. The strategy will allow French, German and other EU
forces to ask British officers to hack into someone’s UK
computer and pass over any material gleaned....

The average Londoner is monitored by cameras up to 300 times
a day.

These cameras are there to catch drivers who exceed the speed
limits. But cameras are now also being installed to spot those

More than two million speeding tickets are issued to motorists
each year. The number of tickets has dramatically increased
since the Labour Government came into power in 1997 and
expanded the network of cameras which photograph speeders.
Now three times more speeding fines are imposed than was the
case in 1997. Those fines raise 120 million pounds a year
($240 million) -- most of which is ploughed back into
operating the cameras.’’

PRIVATELY-employed `super wardens' are to go on patrol in
Greater Manchester wearing head-mounted video cameras.
The 20 parking attendants, who work for NCP Services, will be
the first in the country to be issued with the equipment.
Their main role is to issue parking tickets but under
legislation brought in last year they will also have powers
to give on-the-spot fines for anti-social behaviour.
Salford council has asked the wardens to issue penalties up to
£80 for offences which include littering, flyposting and
allowing dogs to foul the pavement. NCP will use the film as
evidence to back up their wardens if any fine is challenged
and also in the event of any attack or abuse.
