The SEC wants a 60 day exploration period where public input will be accepted. Just tells you they do not want to touch it with a ten foot pole. Two bills currently in Congress Sen Kaufman interviewed on evening news tonight. Kudlow, on the evening show discussed with a panel of 4. Mary Schapiro, has no mettle about her. She has lost my respect today. The real question is whether the Congress will cower down to Wall Street influence and power.
