Take 5 minutes to take some action

NIPC - Make Your Wish Heard

I redid the NIPC website a bit, as much as my website design prowess and time allows.

investorprotectioncoalition.org

On the front page, I have inserted a "Demand Change" title, under which there are links to contact pertinent individuals and offices. I can't be any easier. Just click on the links, find your elected officials and send them a very brief electronic message, that

1. You are concerned about the manipulation of the securities markets via naked short selling, fails to deliver, settlement failures and the misrepresentation of securities in securities accounts.

2. (To Feds) You are concerned that the SEC is not doing it's job and ignoring thousands of complaints (to federal officials)

2. (To States) You are concerned that state securities regulators are not enforcing the Uniform commercial code or state securities laws despite thousands of complaints (to state officials)

3. (To Feds) To please consider compelling the SEC to change the rules and enforce the laws via legislation (to federal officials)

3. (To States) To please consider compelling state regulators to enforce state securities laws and the state Uniform commercial code (writing to state officials)

4. To consider passing additional legislation to stop this robbery as it is already illegal but goes on anyway.

5. Ask them to imagine what would happen if the money denied corporations due to this manipulation would do to the economy if it were freed up for the corporations and capital markets and what it would do to restore investor confidence.

- Email the SEC's Office of Inspector General, that you demand an audit, as NIPC has requested, to answer why the SEC has not been regulating the SROs as required. Why the SROs have been allowed by the SEC to no enforce compliance of the settlement rules for so long without any action on the part of the SEC to force them to comply.

It only takes a few minutes.........Oh, and you can spread this message around.

As Patrick says, let's make a revolution........
