It's all about exposure, and the exposure in the tire dogs was the J. P. Morgan upgrade, and all the lemms gimped in. Who woulda thunk CTB & GT would get an upgrade at these levels, and in this punky economy? Where were the 'experts' when they were $3 & $3.25????? They were building inventory I bet.
