I do not own PRTI. But I thought you all might want to know what is happening regarding RMIL's claim to the 4 million shares from MVPH, and hence your stock dividend.

I have been trying to figure out what business PRTI is in right now. It would appear that they are trying to find a company.

But Morgan and the boys at RMIL say you all have no right to your dividend, and that they own the 4 million MVPH shares on which the dividend is based.
