I favor talks also, but am under no illusions. Bibi may overstate the case and its much more complex than they being an "Apopolyptic Cult" but at the end of the day if talks fail and sanctions fail, we will be forced to make the decision on whether to attempt to take out their nuke facilities or not. This is a decision that will be made by the US alone and there will be no support for any action on our part, save Israel's. I hope we never get to that day but if we do, i hope that folks on the left will not have a knee jerk anti-action view or that cons will be reflexively pro-war.
