Sean, I have to agree with Steve T. I haven't seen alot of people on this thread defending management. I have seen alot of people that are (or were) positive about the future of the company based on the belief that there is a market for d.b.Express. Any credibility that management had gained was dashed by this filing last week. The whole thing appears to be a hedge against failure. As George mentioned, if this stock is still below $1.00 next spring then it deserves to be delisted. Defeating the proxy issues will not be decided by the participants of this thread or any like it. Just not enough representation. The one thing that we have "going" for us is that there is very little institutional ownership, which means that most of the stock is owneed by individuals like you and I who have a "vested" interest in the future of this company. All we can do is read the information available to us and make informed decisions.
