I agree with you. This delay getting out the 10-K should have been avoidable and has me worried. The delays with the uplisting were also avoidable problems. He doesn't have enough help and needs to hire some to get the paper work done faster. We need to see the uplisting done very soon. There's only a couple quarters left to prove themselves. I've been holding for three years this month and that's long enough. Dexter has to pull it together fast.
