Well, unfortunately, with IR as with most other things, you get what you pay for.

I'm not suggesting that CYIO waste a lot of money on IR to pump the stock, but it would be nice if they got someone who knows how to write a press release, like EIPC's or CTEI's IR people. Those are pinkies that SEEM to be more professional than Cyios, and maybe more trustworthy, just because their PRs are well-written.
