I'll get it when I see European gas prices. Coming to store
near you sooner than you think. The escalation of
prices will be extremely difficult to stop once recovery
takes hold.Tripling the base sure cures insolvency, but
it's no peanuts either. Wait until freshly replentished
financials jump on soaring commodities trade. Yuck.
We did not inject much into the real economy. While Keynes
thought it did not matter, I think the entry point for
the printed cash is crucial. It can lead to balance or
the out of whack economy. We are doing the latter, not the
former, cause the former cannot be achieved without significant
pain of restructuring and rebalancing. I am waiting for my gold
mania, scheduled to start within 6 months, after all folks
that jump on recovery realize that all this injected
cash has unwelcome side effects. -g-
