I'm probably giving off the wrong impression, as usual.

I don't find anything wrong with what Obama is doing right now. He has to rebuild international relations, and he's doing it by doing what he does best. That includes apologizing for some of the tensions that the previous administration have caused.

But like I said, talk is cheap. North Korea launches a "peaceful satellite," and China and Russia once again side with North Korea without doing anything to discourage them from their usual brinkmanship.

I'm hoping that in due time, Obama calls them out on this. I guess one step at a time, but you won't be hearing this from JFShepard, who wants to pretend that we can solve the world's problems by blaming Bush and running from them.
