Wow, all I can say is - WOW. This one is back at the average price for the past couple of peak years: Has anybody stopped to think that the reason why some of the retailers have managed to remain profitable is that they threw off all their real estate risk onto the REITs? BTW, I hear corporate bond yields - the valuation yardstick for stocks - are up just a tad over the past couple of years as well. Wow... `BC
