Thanks for pointing that out. I see the same volume pattern on "O" as in your other post on the broader indices. To wit....their ain't no volume...or at least anything one would expect in a new bull.

I can see nothing in the fundamentals to suggest a long side entry in CRE.

I did well shorting KIM a while back. They did cut their divy, and very recently diluted their existing shareholders.
