I don't know what data thats based on. Or what difference it makes. Clearly Gianna Jessen's abortion involved a survivable and healthy "entity". So were the other survivors of abortion I linked to.

Are late stage abortions only performed on "entities" that can't survive? No, thats clearly not the case.

I will say I think its easier to accept late stage abortion if we convince ourselves it only kills "entities" that cant survive anyway.

As for whether any "should h/b killed," IMO, any painfully dying creature should be eased out of this world as gently as possible. It is despicably inhumane to let them suffer. Even cowboys in black hats shoot horses that break their legs.

Sounds like an argument for pain medication, not mercy killing.

We don't shoot people with broken legs. Why we consider that pitiful people like Stephen Hawkings may have a value to their life.
