Re: Engelbert... LOL..... I sold my house to him in July 2005. He's a great guy, bought the house sight unseen. His business manager and family came to the open house and e-mailed a ton of pictures to him in England. He actually sent me a note saying he liked the house a lot. They wanted a 15 day escrow (cash purchase) and I had to scramble to move out and find a rental in a hurry.
