I think you are just a little confused, so let me make sure I make myself more clear... Yes, his ratings have been moving lower, therefore, and as a result of that, let me repeat, and as a result of that, he has taken steps to ensure his rating don't move lower again... how does he accomplish this? That's easy, he just blows with the wind depending upon whatever the polls tell him which way to blow in order to make sure the polls don't drop again... clear now? GZ
