OK, let's get rid of the long-term capital gains rate and tax all of that income at ordinary levels.

How about all of the money that, say, Warren Buffet earns from muni bonds? Tax that too?

How about the funds that the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation gets ... all tax-free? Seems like there's another big chunk of change that government could go after.

Do you think that we can continue raising taxes on the "rich" just to avoid having to ask why government keeps growing at an astounding rate?
