So I looked at GOE which is in my neck of the woods and here is a little of what I found.

...only asset is 50% of one property if they spend one million drilling it.

...looks like they are trying to raise the million and no drill program yet in place.

....issuing shares with a value of .05 to pay debt.

....larger insider sale of shares(700,000)at .12 on March 25/09.

....options granted to same person (1 million)at .10

...3 for 1 rollback of shares last July.

Why would I pay .15 for this stock and does this company have anything else of value?
