The company said it has not yet experienced slowdowns in orders, but that it has caught up with demand, so growth would slow somewhat, according to the newspaper. Cymer saw its stock slump this summer amid rumors its lasers were not working well, but spokesmen for semiconductor companies said the company's products are performing fine, according to the newspaper.
