I think we're on shaky grounds deciding someone else's life isn't worth living.

That's exactly why it must be up to the individual, which was my point when this discussion started. If an individual does not consider his life worth living but is too disabled to do himself in, then helping him must not continue to be framed as murder but instead framed as mercy.
