don't have to wonder why Arkansas is poor ted, it isn't. We've got a 300 million surplus in the bank and our education system is fully funded.

Arkansas had to get an exemption from Obama to spend the fed education stimulus money on other projects.

So why are your liberal bastions of emerald cities like new york, detroit, new orleans, DC all disasters when compared to Arkansas?

Are there any American socialist run cities that aren't on their last leg?
