Demo a VFR at your Honda dealer Dave. Get a REAL motorcycle. It was Cycle's "Bike of the Year" for like 10 years! My old 1987 is always happiest cruising at 110. But, I could flog it up to 150 if I wanted, and it was always willing. It's considered a sport-tourer now - they've got other, even faster sportbikes - some of them Honda 750's. You just bought a dumbass cruiser, that's all.

You posted a pic of your bike six months ago, fool. Needless to say, the one you're posting tonight is not it.
