China avoided procreating as Angola is doing now. Here any young woman at child bearing age is taking care of child without a father. By dramatically cutting the number of females, China brilliantly cut the procreation of second class citizens. Here in Angola, there are swarms of youngsters age: 13 to 20. Doing nothing but procreating more youngsters, who, in their turn procreate even more. Once this gets too much they climb the Toyota and wreck havoc as you have seen in the case o Ivory Coast and many African countries. There are men here that boast the number of child they made! I passed a young girl, in the next building -not more than 12 years old- boasting to her -same age- friends: I can have a child any time I want! Like a sign of reaching adulthood! I found it shocking! Now we've got this people -who never ever see fourth world like Elmat does- giving their opinions about things whose dynamics they are clueless about.
