This pirate situation is so typical of Democrat administrations. A Dem Pres never has the courage to make a bold decision -- they always drag their feet with concerns about who'll get blamed if the mission fails. Obama is probably trying to figure out right now an effective spin to somehow blame his feared failure on Bush. They always make decisions by cmte which is rarely a good idea. We elect CiC's to do that - the last Dem Pres who had the courage to do it was Harry Truman.
