The CNN reportsaid the US official said Capt. Richard Phillips is uninjured and in good condition, and that three of the four pirates were killed. The fourth pirate reportedly is in custody. Phillips was reported to have been taken aboard the USS Bainbridge, a nearby naval warship. as of 04/13/2009 1:33 AM
