It was recently sold to the Italians. My sense of this problem is the world has trashed us for using our military. Now that they have none - the can learn that such has a price. To the extent the Somalis leave us out of it - it is not our problem. I doubt they will want to provoke us further.

I suspect Obama surprised them. They should have realized he had no choice.
