There yet another problem with housing- it seems that chinese imported drywall is emitting sulphur compound which ruins electronic equipment discolors various metals and may be harmful to humans. There are estimates out there that as many as 100,000 homes may be affected. People who bought houses constructed from 2005 on may be affected.
