Well I was on submarines so my guess is about equal to yours. I also have found this a mystery. For one we have ships in the area. Now they can't be everywhere but why cant they group ships as they did in WWII and escort the group and sink any of these little pricks that come out in their row boats. I heard on the radio today that many ports don't allow ships that have any arms in. I guess that would explain why they aren't armed. The other thing I don't get is why a 800' long tanker stops for these small boats. A: they could out run them and B: why not just run over them. I really don't understand this thing.

I'm happy the One authorized this. First thing he's done that hasn't pissed me off.
